Webstar operate two substantial production facilities, one in NZ and one in Australia. Webstar Australia is located in Silverwater, Sydney adjacent to Blue Star Print Australia's Sydney production facilities.

Webstar Australia began operations in July 2001 as a new business unit focusing on the high-quality magazine sector and volume quality corporate communications. Webstar Australia have quickly become one of Australia's leading high quality web offset printers winning several medals at the Australian Print awards in 2005. Webstar Australia operates modern computer-to-plate pre-press systems alongside a fleet of web printing presses and highly productive volume stitching and perfect binding equipment. All of Webstar Australia’s technology is current generation with all installations taking place since 2002.

Webstar NZ's production facility is a very large site in Masterton, about 1 hour north of Wellington. Webstar NZ have a long-term contract to print Telephone Directories and also produce a wide range of catalogues, mailers and magazines for customers throughout NZ. Webstar NZ operate recently installed pre-press, web printing and binding and stitching technology.
