Blue Star Print Group announces acquisition of Max Marketing Limited

New Zealand's largest multi-disciplined print provider Blue Star Print Group, today announced the acquisition of Max Marketing Limited.

Max Marketing is an established marketing communication provider based in Auckland, New Zealand. Fronted by Greg Howell, Max Marketing offers design, production and pre-media services, as well as print management and placement. Under the brand Websmart, they also offer the integrated Web development, specialising in Website design/construction/hosting.

Greg Howell will remain as General Manager of Max Marketing. Prior to purchasing Max Marketing, Greg was Senior Executive in the Rank Group, which was the holding company of the Whitcoulls Group prior to the August 1996 acquisition by Blue Star. He has held a variety of leadership and management roles within Whitcoulls companies such as OTC, Whitcoulls Retail and Angus & Robertson.
