The combination of physical and virtual inventory management are fundamental to accurate and timely performance, our systems, procedures and team disciplines ensure performance to the highest standards. Our warehouse teams work along side our dedicated customer service staff to provide personal customer support to our nationwide customers.

Customers from the financial service sector are dominant, we also provide services to retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, government and not-for-profit organisations.
Capacity
We have in excess of 7,000 pallet spaces Australia wide and ample shelf and pick face locations to store the current 22,000+ lines we manage on behalf of our customers. Our capacity will grow significantly in June 2006 when Blue Star's Victorian operation move to their new site in Clayton.
Technology
Our technology is in three integrated parts, inventory management and sales order software (MIS), e-business solutions and our physical systems.
Our inventory management software has been designed from the ground up to manage the unique attributes of printed products. It integrates seamlessly to our on-line solutions that allow customers to not only place orders but to interrogate history by a complex array of variables. Further, our e-business tools allow real-time connectivity to our customers' own technology, e.g. Ariba, SAP, etc
Our physical systems are principally based around zoned warehouses with specific locations to support accurate stock placement and picking.
We integrate our MIS with our freight suppliers systems to provide speed and accuracy in consignment management.
Range of services
Our services include; inventory management (stock control), storage, order receipt and processing, pick 'n pack, distribution, "push" distributions, kitting, fulfillment, stock inspections, in and out bound customer service, data management and reporting.
